Visits at Cascade Lodge are always a joy, so nice to get away and take in the beautiful scenery and it is only steps away from the main village. During our stay while hiking, I took a spill and returned to Cascade Lodge. Tanaka, at front desk, kindly gave me bandages, tape and antiseptic gel to apply to my leg. She was very caring and concerned. We appreciate Cascade Lodge staff and look forward to our return!

The staff is amazing and accommodating. There is a heated pool which was my favorite feature!
Cheap and cheerful. Room felt a bit dated and low end, but everything worked just fine. Staff very pleasant and the pool facilities were good fun. I think a lot of the rooms can differ quite meaningfully, so be mindful if choosing a cheaper option. I did that, so expectations weren't high and this was about right. Location is pretty good. Easy access to town and not far from anything
Gorgeous location, everything is accessible by foot. The single room was more than adequate for our week long stay. Staff were very congenial, and the views of the mountain were stunning. Great experience.
Fantastic place to stay, good staff. Rooms are amazing with washer/dryer in room. The room is fully contained so you don't have to eat out. Comes with a sofa bed as well. Easy access to supermarket and shops. Free mountain ski bus comes past every 15mins.

This hotel was lovely! I really enjoyed my stay. The suite was clean, well maintained and very well equipped. Everything I needed while using the kitchen was available, even a potato peeler, spice packets and even little sachets of salt and pepper! The pool was fantastic and very well maintained. I was happy that for half my stay the weather was beautiful but even when it was a bit chilly and rainy I was able to enjoy the pool because it was well heated. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgable about the area. Great stay!
